This Terms and Conditions document is intended for both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store. It defines the terms of use of the online store and the principles of concluding distance sales agreements with Customers.
§ 2 Definitions
- Registration Form – a form available in the Store that allows for creating an Account.
- Customer – any entity making purchases via the Store.
- Account – a free feature of the Store (an electronic service), governed by a separate regulation, allowing the Buyer to create an individual Account.
- Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store.
- Terms and Conditions – this document.
- Seller – Grzegorz Zadora, conducting business under the name ZADORUS Grzegorz Zadora, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 713-246-40-36, REGON 060204397, Sobianowice 94A, 20-258 Lublin 62.
- Store – the Zadorus online store operated by the Seller at https://www.zadorus.pl/.
- Product – products available for sale in the Online Store.

§ 4 Creating an Account in the Store
- To create an Account in the Store, a Registration Form must be completed with the following details: name, surname, delivery address, email address, and contact phone number.
- Creating an Account is free.
- Logging in requires providing a login and password set in the Registration Form.
- The Customer can delete their Account at any time, without providing a reason, by sending a request to the Seller via email or postal mail.
§ 5 Shopping in the Store
- Product prices in the Store include VAT.
- The total order cost consists of the product price and applicable shipping costs.
- Products are added to the cart in the Store.
- The Buyer selects a delivery method and payment method, providing necessary order details.
- The order is placed upon confirmation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Placing an order forms a sales agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
- A confirmation of the sales agreement will be provided to the Consumer on a durable medium no later than at the time of delivery.
- The Buyer may create an Account or place orders as a guest by entering their details with each purchase.
§ 6 Payment Methods
- All product prices on the Store’s website: a) Include VAT and are in Polish zloty (PLN). b) Exclude shipping costs.
- The price at the time of order placement is binding.
- The total order cost, including shipping, is displayed before finalizing the purchase.

§ 7 Delivery Methods and Costs
- Available delivery methods: a) Courier shipping (standard or cash-on-delivery). b) Personal pickup at: Sobianowice 94A, 20-258 Lublin (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
- Delivery costs:
- Standard courier: 17 PLN (up to 25 kg)
- Cash-on-delivery courier: 21.60 PLN (up to 25 kg)
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
§ 8 Order Fulfillment
- The Seller is obligated to deliver defect-free products.
- The estimated delivery time is indicated in the Store.
- Orders paid in advance are processed after payment is received.
- If an order includes products with different delivery times, the longest time applies to the entire order.
§ 9 Complaints and Returns
- Products sold are new.
- Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Consumer receives the product.
- The Consumer must notify the Seller of withdrawal via mail or email.
- Complaints should include:
- Description of the defect
- Circumstances of occurrence (including date)
- Customer details
- Desired resolution (repair, replacement, refund)
- The original receipt and damaged shipment must be retained for 14 days for complaint processing.
- The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is undamaged.
§ 10 Personal Data
- The Seller is the administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer.
- Personal data is processed based on the sales agreement and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data is processed for service provision and order fulfillment. Providing data is voluntary but may be required for contract execution.
